Our solutions
Aurelon plays an important technology role in many types of solutions in graphic arts production and printing environments. In practice, we develop solutions or parts of solutions for three market segments. For the large format printing market, we developed a total solution, being a well known product in that market for many years now. For the aim of proofing colour files, meant to be printed on any device, like offset, flexo or large format, we developed a perfect solution. For packaging, we produced many solutions for colour editing, conversion and management over the years. Large format printing
For the market of large format printing, Aurelon developed Signalize!. This total solution is meant for signmakers. Based on a modular structure, it has many functions: tiling, nesting, editing, RIPping, cutting and routing PDF files for printing on large formats. Collaboration with industry leading printer manufacturers resulted in the development of drivers for their top-model printing devices. Through research and development we now offer support for some 200 different inkjet printers, vinyl cutters, thermal transfer and hybrid print/cut devices.
Colour proofing
For the market in desktop colour proofing, Aurelon has developed its own, proprietary proofing solution. It’s a fully automatic, digital colour proofing system that offers unmatched ease-of-use, productivity and economy in proofing colour files. It is built into the Signalize! solution for the market for large format printing, and it’s brought to market as an OEM-solution called ProofMaster, by Belgian based company PerfectProof.
Packaging
Aurelon provides several colour tools for the editing, conversion and management of colours by imaging professionals. From the small and helpful utility for getting information on an image, via a smart colour correction plug-in, to the most comprehensive independent set of colour separation tools, Aurelon enables the full control over colour handling. We also developed the ProofMaster solution for every type of graphic arts printing, digital, offset or flexo. In the packaging market, all the special colour functionality one can find in the colour tools of Aurelon, is being used intensively.
